The Noah Association, founded in 2013 in Tyrol, supports the Noe Partium initiative in Romania financially and ideologically to operate a residential home and day care center for people with cognitive disabilities. In Mikula, Satu Mare, the 'House of Smiles' was opened in October 2017, providing promotion and employment for ten young people with disabilities.
In November 2020, the construction of another residential home for ten people began. State support in Romania is minimal, so the project is sustained by voluntary work, proceeds from workshop and garden products, and donations.
The Noah Association strives for maximum support of this project and is grateful for any help.
